Managing Your Time When Work and Home Life Exist in the Same Space
About the Workshop:
Time management is one of the most common issues in the way of productivity under normal circumstances. But we are operating in strange times. Working from home automatically comes with its own additional time management challenges under regular circumstances. But we are all dealing with time management on top of the undeniably chaotic events that are unfolding due to the COVID-19 pandemic. How do we manage our work and home life when they are all in the same space and have time to ourselves?
This workshop will cover the following topics on how to:
juggle family time and meetings for work
maintain or increase productivity
manage your to-do lists
feel happy and safe during this uncertain time
With over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Jen is accustomed to juggling multiple projects as well as being a single mom. She knows firsthand how valuable our time and home life are while staying on top of our work. She has helped clients develop simple systems and routines to put into place that enables them to take control of their schedule, get things done, and empowers them to be able to experience and enjoy life again.

Increase your one-on-one communication effectiveness with peers, managers, subordinates, clients, even friends and family members
Easily define and identify the 4 communication styles and which one you use
Learn how to adapt to the communication styles of others as well as building tolerance for communication differences with others
