inconsistent temperature control, lighting problems, plumbing and electrical malfunctions, HVAC issues, safety concerns such as broken fire alarms, structural problems like cracks or water damage, accessibility barriers, general maintenance needs, and security concerns such as malfunctioning locks and inadequate lighting.
