➣ Who do I contact for maintenance and building issues?

Facilities issues consist of -

inconsistent temperature control, lighting problems, plumbing and electrical malfunctions, HVAC issues, safety concerns such as broken fire alarms, structural problems like cracks or water damage, accessibility barriers, general maintenance needs, and security concerns such as malfunctioning locks and inadequate lighting.

➣ Who do I contact regarding keys and building access?

• If you have issues with shared drive access please notify SC-CTSI Finance

• If you need access to a share drive folder OR you need to create a new folder, please

email your request to finance@sc-ctsi.org – Access Forms will need to be completed and approved by Finance

For issues with your USC Shibbeloth login credentials, to log into Workday please contact USC ITS at 213-740-5555.

For issues with your phone or ethernet, please contact USC ITS at 213-740-5555.

• If you need to reset a voicemail password, install a new telephone line or activate a new

Ethernet port please email finance@sc-ctsi.org – A Communication Service Request

(CSR) will need to be approved and submitted to ITS by Finance.
